What are my non-goals?

2003 I was born
2009 [6 y.o.] Michael Jackson died
2010 [7 y.o.] Started dancing at my local dance school
2012 [9 y.o.] Wanted to be a DJ
2015 [12 y.o.] Won the summer N.ough company day youth scholarship
2016 [13 y.o.] Wanted to be a video maker: I liked the beauty of cinematography and storytelling plus the harmony of matching visuals to specific shades of music. So I started "graphics and communication" high school
2017 [14 y.o.] Got interested in sneakers and reselling; led italian communities including Cowboys by Vladislav Kirillov (Diario del Russo); worked on @vetememes.italia, f-society, IG Rotary, Cowboys Kitchen, KarmaCop - I didn't know it at the time, but this was basically my first business
2018 [15 y.o.] Fell in love with classmate but she already had a boyfriend, I pretty much couldn't think about anything else; I change school to stop seeing her every day. The new school specialization is "Computer Science and IT", where I met Jonathan: a very passionate aspiring cinematographer who will become one of my best lifelong friends
2018 [15 y.o.] Burned out from the fashion/reselling business, I quit, and I spend my summer working at my grandfather’s marble company for very little money
2019 [16 y.o.] Joined the N.ough project, started taking Computer Science MOOCs
2020 [17 y.o.] Helped my dance instructor and computer scientist (Ale) create a hand-washing reminders iOS app during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, this is the first digital product I ever built
2021 [18 y.o.] Launched my first project: Byteens, but soon forgotten; later started my weekly newsletter
2022 [19 y.o.] Wanted to launch a snacks company that produced single-portion granola called “Chocobillies: this is what billionaires look like in their teenage, and this is how billionaires eat like in their teenage” but didn’t because of all the bureaucracy needed to launch culinary products in Italy
2022 [19 y.o.] Wrote an app to automate school lunch orders but didn’t finish it nor launch it because we weren’t excited about the project
2022 [19 y.o.] I fall in love with another girl, she rejects me and it hurts
2022 [19 y.o.] Met a cultural exchange student and her host, who made me want to spend less time coding and more time with people - I didn't know it at the time, but this was probably the best summer of my life and I will never again have such a good time
2022 [19 y.o.] Traveled to Santorini with Jonathan, Emanuela, and Pasquale
2022 [19 y.o.] First solo trip (Florence + Pisa)
2022 [19 y.o.] Started learning about startups
2022 [19 y.o.] Launched my second digital project to the public: Ybook NFT
2022 [19 y.o.] Made diversified financial investments for the long term
2022 [19 y.o.] Moved to Rome alone for University, attended more parties than necessary, lost and found myself
2023 [20 y.o.] Quit the N.ough project
2023 [20 y.o.] Joined LeadTheFuture, met Erick, and travelled to San Francisco for the Silicon Valley Fellowship
2023 [20 y.o.] Obsessed with food and fitness
2023 [20 y.o.] Sophomore slump, got bored of academics and attracted by startups. Keyword: impatient
2024 [21 y.o.] Helped Fra Capponi build some automation for LTF
2024 [21 y.o.] Gianluca Pontoni invited me and Luca Barattini to startup
2024 [21 y.o.] Spent 3 weeks in a tech/startup house retreat in Fuerteventura
2024 [21 y.o.] Worked full-time on making startups work with Gianluca for 1+year, none of them worked, then I go help Plannix and Fankee as part-time contractor
2025 [22 y.o.] Got a crush on micro-famous "out-of-my-league" dancer, launched DanceCut - deep down probably as an attempt to get closer to the dance world and increase my chances of being appealing to her
2025 [22 y.o.] Summer internship at Palantir
2025 [22 y.o.] I spend the semester between internship end and full-time start studying full-time, trying to pass as many unversity exams as possible. Studying is very enjoyable when you have thousands in your bank account and a full-time offer.
2026 [23 y.o.] Full-time position at Palantir

What are my non-goals?

I don't want to end up:
_ working a job I hate
_ with no relationships
_ with no passions
_ never having fun
_ never falling into the flow state
_ never enjoying life
_ living the life someone else or society want me to live
_ not working on cool things

What could then be my goals?

_ Freedom
_ Love
_ Depth

What do I want to be now/next?

_ working on the most important problems for humanity with the smartest people who care: innovating not just implementing, implementing not just innovating (=> building a product company with an applied research lab in California?)

_ youth x health x time x wealth: targeting a point in time where I'm still young, healthy, and I have plenty of free time, no obligations (e.g. kids, etc.), and enough money not to stress about it: to get to live life and do things that I truly enjoy and that excite me, rather than doing things for money and/or because somebody else/society brainwashed me to do them

_ helping people from young age exploit their full potential: because I'm very grateful for how n.ough (and the n.ough project), BOOST/FA/Elicsir summer schools, LTF, SVF, and various creators (including antirez, mr rip, matt d avella) and writers on the internet changed me 2025-07-18.md, so I want to give back, I feel that's the point of life;

_ building a family: I'm young enough that I don't empathize with this ideas as much as the previous ones, but I both feel that at some point in life I will be so bored of everything else that this will be the only most exciting remaining thing to do, as well as that this would be the highest form of give back, learning, and closing the circle of human experience, "love is given not received" and I want to give as much love as I can;
